Chris Booysen - Professional Accountant

Chris started flying in 1989 and is an IF rated PPL. He has been on the committee of the Algoa Flying Club since 1990 as treasurer and chairman. On the SAPFA committee he has also acted in the capacity as treasurer and chairman.

He has taken part in 10 President's Trophy Air Races with a best finish at 3rd place. He has also acted as Jury member for a number of Provincial and National Precision and Rally Flying Competitions. Chris acted as manager for the 2004 Protea Flying Team that competed in Herning, Denmark. Chris is a recipient of the Aero Club Gold Wings and is an FAI International Judge.
