1988 OFS Rally Flying Championships
New Tempe, Bloemfontein - 1 October 1988

This year's rally was organised by the Bloemfontein,Flying Club at New Tempe.
Saturday 1/10/88 saw a small field of 11 entries airborne. Unfortunately, the Natal contingent didn't make it due to bad weather.
The route was a straightforward test of navigation, although a few sneaky tricks did exist. All in all, it was sheer fun and darn good experience for all.
Thanks to all the workers especially Dupie du Plessis, Kassie Kasselman, Doors Fonternel and Roy Waldek for a well-run, safe rally and a special note of thanks to those people who accommodated the out-of-town participants.
